Default Newbies from Glasgow, Scotland
Hello all!,

We're new in this VA world!. We (my wife & I) are living at this moment in Glasgow, Scotland (UK) and we've decided few months ago to start our own virtual office services, since we've been already working with few clients.

We'd appreciate if you could give us some feedback about our website and content. I found this site through Google Reader (I'm a huge loyal Google tools fan!) and I've been really impressed with all the content this website offers.

From today on, we expect to contribute with our humble comments and part in this community!.

Regards!

Mary and Luis

Hi Mary and Luis

I must say, I love your website. It's one of the best I've seen. It's neat, tidy, easy to navigate and professional. The colour scheme is appropriate - professional but not showy. I love the fact that you've got FAQs and the content - not just in the FAQs, but in the entire site - seems very expansive. (However, I haven't even designed my own website yet, so I'm really just a beginner!)

Anyway, those are my comments. Hope they're helpful.

By the way, I believe there's a section on the forum specifically for website discussion; maybe the admins will move it there?

Good luck with your business!

Hi Guys! I love your website!

I've just been browsing the templates and it's given me inspiration to change mine because it's so bland!

Welcome to the forums, I'm from the North East so not "that" far from you.

Wishing you every success!

Thanks to all of you for your comments!...

Kelly, we haven't seen many VAs here in the UK, maybe because we're new in this adventure, or because we've been here in the UK not that long

We have several free sites where we get our templates, We'll try to post them here so you can get the one you're looking for your new site.

Thanks again to all of you!.

Hi Mary & Luis and welcome to the forum.

Not sure which category you'd put me into - I'm from the UK, living in Egypt, but most of my clients are based in the UK...?!

Hi Mary and Luis

My name is Carolyn and Im very new to the VA business. Have been working over the last two months to get my company ready for when Im made redundant in March. So, Im trying to do all the research I can at the moment, in my spare time.

I just saw your site and it was great to read. I see some similarities between your business and my business - and maybe also in your personal lives - as Im a Scottish woman, but Im living in Lisbon, Portugal at the moment, together with my Portuguese Fiancee, who will join my business with me. I see you have had, or have some clients in Portugal, which caught my interest, as Im currently researching how to break into the Lisbon market!!

Would be wonderful to pick your brains over the new few weeks, as I try to get started!!

At the moment, just wanted to introduce myself and say good luck with the business - with a great site like that, Im sure you will succeed!!

Thanks
Carolyn
