Default Newbie in Virginia
Hello Everyone,

Working for myself is something that I'm very passionate about and I'm excited about building a VA business.

I'm really impressed with this website and I like the fact that everyone seems so willing to help each other.

Well time to get off the sidelines and join in and start participating.

Hi Trista,

Welcome to the boards. When you first start out it's a good idea to stay in the background a little bit and just read everything you can. Then the time comes to start to participate and you will get a lot out of this experience.

Good luck and keep participating.

Hi Tess,

I plan to launch my business within the next few weeks. I've provided administrative support for several small businesses in the past, however, I didn't have a structured business.

I've been researching the VA industry for several months and while I know its important to make the proper preparations; I also realize I can overthink and overanalyze things at times which unncessarily limits my success. As soon as I complete my business and marketing plan, I will begin marketing my business.

This forum has been so helpful.

Hi everyone,

I am excited in learning more about VA since most of the skills needed are the things I just love to do for my free time...I have been working online for a couple of years now as a medical transcriptionist and I know VA looks promising for me too...So I hope I learn as much as I can through this forum and hopefully soon enough, I'll be launching my career as VA...good luck to all newbies...
