The 'Getting Started Checklist' that was recommended in the 'Tips to make the most of your membership' that was sent to you after your first login is a great starting point for new VAs. It's not totally comprehensive but will help get you organized and moving in the right direction.

Also, getting invovled on the boards and in the community here is a great way to get familiar with the industry through the experiences of veteran VAs.
