I am currently working on my website and marketing material. I have a few ideas for my tagline but need to know if there is a place I can check to see if the tagline I want to use is not already being used/trademaked by another VA. Have you tried a Google search for your proposed tagline to see if it's in use on the web? That's the first place I'd check. Even if it's not trademarked you'll want to establish that you're truly the first to use the line for business.
