Default New UK VA on the forum!
Hi Guys

Great to have found the forum!

My name is Michelle and I have been working as a secretary / Personal Assistant for the last 6 years, but have been in administration for the last 10 years.

My last position was in Egypt as executive secretary to the GM of a 5 star hotel, but I returned back to the UK in April to concentrate on my Virtual Assistant Business, and also to prepare for the arrival of my baby, who was born on the 12th of October 2007.

I am now a full time work from home VA and a full time mum to Theo and so I am trying to get used to the juggling act between clients and nappies! But I must admit I am loving every minute of both.

Look forward to contributing to the forum and hearing from other VA's.

Best regards to you all

Michelle

Hi Michelle Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself!

Your background is one of such diverse experience, what a great foundation with which to build a practice.

Congratulations on your baby boy - I'd love to hear more about how you are managing these two major things in your life. A business and a baby - that's no small feat. There are lots of mothers on here, some with three, four children. It never ceases to amaze me how they truly do it all!

You didn't mention the name of your practice - I'm so curious

Looking forward to chatting with your further!
