I came upon this website purey by mistake. But I am so glad I did. I've been preparing myself for the past two years to become an indeendent contractor, and it is truly hard to get in the door. I have managed to procure one sold position, but there is not a lot of money in it yet. I am a typist, adminitrative assistant, payroll manaer, I have excellent computer skills, good reserch skills! I've worked in the corporate world for at least 25 years, and now with this economy I feel it is time to try my hand at my own business. I pray that I will receive good guidance from those who have come before me, and are on this website to steer me in the right direction. Thank you for having me!

My best advice to you is to identify your target market and keep advertising your business no matter how difficult it may seem to find clients.
