No problem, It has been said to me that once I have the handbook, there are no other books I would need. It has everything I would need in one reference book for administrative needs.

That is one thing I am having the most issues with...Pricing. I figure I will get everything else I need in order then sit down and really figure out my pricing.

I'm in Lagos, Nigeria and this VA business model is practically non-existent. We also have loads of issues with online payments and the general perception of the average Nigerian as a fraudster, especially as regards online dealings.

Another major challenge is the fact that we're still largely a cash based society and people would more readily pay for physical products than services. Even through all of this, loads of us are trying to make an honest living online and off and I know that this is a business model that can work well anywhere, if all the local issues are taken into account.

Online professions, or jobs seems to be more in demand these days no matter where you live around the world. More people are entering into that idea and liking it. I think that helps you out tremendously getting your start. You will get it going !

That's great to hear. Hopefully we'll be able to bounce ideas of each other and maybe even excess work or stuff that we feel the other person is better suited to handling than we are. Work on my website starts tomorrow with just a basic idea of the layout and the look and feel as well as generic content for the regular pages that make up any website.

All the core VA content will come in later as I am better able to articulate them in a manner that makes sense to everyone. Do you already have your website up?

Also, on one of my post's I questioned what others felt was a important to have on your web page, one of the responses were to have a page for the client to fill in their needs and we would be able to respond to them per their stated needs so you know ahead of time what they are expecting. Just a suggestion for your page.

The interactive form for the client to be able to fill in their needs is a decent idea. Wouldn't that essentially be your Contact Us form? You could customize it in such a way that it guides the customer as to what input you require though. Just a thought.
