Default It's not cold here in Canada!
Hello everyone. I am new at this posting stuff and networking. It seems I ususally like to do most things in my life on my own. I have learned though that doing on your own often makes the road a little rough. I have been doing VA for about 1 year and have 1 regular client. I was searching today to find someone who is really good at Real Estate as a have someone looking for a va. Anyway, sorry to talk about this here.

I am a single mom, working full time, with 2 boys (23 and 16). The 16 year old has Down Syndrome but is quite high functioning.

Hi Linda,

I'm from out west and I know there's a highly-respected VA here in Calgary that specializes in real estate. Let me know if you want her contact info and I shall pass it along.

Nice to meet you!

Hi Linda, welcome
Sounds like you've worked really hard to get to where you are with your virtual assistance practice - congrats on maintaining your first client...I'm sure with a little marketing you can expand that to a cache of clients!

And, no need to go it alone - the community here is wonderful, supportive, and very informative. And, you're in especiallygood company as at least one of our members has a Down's Syndrome child and she's quite active in the DS community as well.

Looking forward to chatting with you further!

Hi Linda,

Welcome to the forum. It's a pleasure to meet you. It's not cold here in Ohio either ... on the contrary, it's going to be 90 degrees today, and of course, the air conditioner is on the fritz. Will be having a new one put in on Tuesday, but will have to deal with the heat in the meantime.

Terry

Nice to meet you Linda. I'm in Michigan. It's going to be 90 today and humid (nothing like easing into summer - sheesh). Good luck with your quest!

Welcome, Linda. Nice to meet you.

I'm glad it's not cold somewhere. I'm freezing here in Idaho. I never thought I'd say this but I'm craving warmth.
