and interested in chatting here or in the forum with others who support spiritual/motivational workers like authors, healers, speakers, etc. I work with a variety of "lightworkers," and find that because these folks are in creative/idea/spiritual energy, they need my down-to-earth and practical grounding more than many would. Share your thoughts please!

What a unique niche you're the first I've come across who focuses on lightworkers as clients - you must work with some really amazing clients. There are many virtual assistants who work with life coaches, and/or creatives so you may find some similarities there...

I have amazing clients, yes, and through them have met many other amazing people who don't (as yet lol) use my services. It's a fascinating and uplifting community of people!

I am really impressed with your niche! How clever!

I work primarily with dietitians and business coaches, but I have not ever worked with your niche, although I think this would be so very interesting to do so.

I've worked with Life Coaches, Professional Coaches, and authors but as of yet never even met a "lightworker". Most interesting niche. May I ask, how did you come into this? Looking forward to learning more.

I have a few friends who are lightworkers and have one client who is as well. It's so wonderful to have them in my life and I am learning all the time.

It's awesome you chose them as your niche (or maybe they chose you? lol).

I got into the business with a spiritual push - a dear friend was becoming a spiritual/motivational speaker and I volunteered to help, which led to a couple of other people asking for my help. Then I was laid off 2 years ago and realized I could make THIS my profession! I LOVE my boss (God - LOL)!!!!

This is such an interesting niche to me. It sounds like you kind of fell into it, but if someone wanted to help others in this area, does you have any ideas how they would purposefully go about it? I would also like to know what kind of unique challenges you encounter, dealing with artistic and spiritual people.

Well, Jennifer, my recommendation is to go to Meetup groups and psychic fairs and anything else where such folk gather. Your marketing material needs to really focus on the earth things you can offer (organization, details, etc.) while they do what they do - although some can balance in both worlds, the ones who need you most will recognize that they do. Check out bodymindspirit.org for folks in your area, and also check with holistic and metaphysical centers or stores who often need help.

As I said before the folks I've worked with have been full of ideas, of Spirit, of big picture stuff, and are highly impulsive. The key is PATIENCE in spades!!! I joke about "lassoing a butterfly" - you have to catch them once in a while to get direction or answers and then let them go again.
