Hi everyone! I am Diana and have been "lurking" on these forums for two weeks before joining. Everyone is so professional that I wanted to be informed and educated before making posts. I am actually a former retail manager who closed our business forever on the last day of January. Wondering what my next career move would be I started researching the virtual assistant field when I was retained to do the final paperwork of disolving the business I had worked in.
I found that I had skills that I acquired during my years in retail management and running a business that would translate to a VA career. I am currently working on my business plan and still developing a business name.

There are so many resources here on the forum that will help you through every step of building your new business. If you can't find what you're looking for, all you have to do is ask. That's one of the reasons I like this group so much. (And trust me I have been on quite a few forums before this one.)
