Well both Bette Creek and Sally Kuhlman have been bugging me to get over here, so I finally thought I would check it out. I can't wait to dive right in and get to know all of you.

My name is Yvonne Weld and I own ABLE Virtual Assistant Services in London, Ontario, Canada. I have had my business for 2 years and I have certainly had a roller coaster of a ride. I am happy to say that things seemed to have smoothed out for the time being and I am busy once again with clients.

I also love to write when I am not busy with clients and have authored 2 books, which I am very proud of. I will be speaking this year at both FoVA and OIVAC regarding processes for your business and contingency plans which I am very passionate about.

I also have lots of projects in the works for this upcoming year which I can't wait to get started on.

The first book is a book on setting up processes for your business. It is entitled The Ultimate Guide to Creating a Thriving Business. It helps someone to document their business so that anyone can step in and run their business if need be. It is also a great tool for those of us that subcontract to ensure that our subcontractors handle things the same way we do.

The second book is co-authored with fellow member Sally Kuhlman and it is about goal setting, time management, scheduling, stress, etc.. It is entitled Managing Your Thriving Business for Success.

I am glad you decided to dive in!! A new friend of mine who have introduced me about this forum. I didn't dive in til a week later. I am glad I came!! I am starting my VA business as well. With all of people's support here, I think I will be successful in VA business.
