Default I waited too long!
I've been poking around for a while now, even posting. I decided it was time for me to introduce myself.

I'm Stacey! I'm 26 a mom, wife, and VA . I started at oDesk in January after being a full time SAHM for 2 years. My son, Colin, was becoming more active in activities and I was craving working again so I decided I could have the best of both worlds and work at home. After a couple of months at oDesk I decided I really enjoyed what I was doing and wanted to extend the challenge to opening my business which I did and launched July 5. I'm the luckiest new business owner ever though, my husband works evenings so he's home in the morning with our son and my mom usually watches him in the afternoons so I'm able to really lock myself up and work when necessary.

I don't have a niche at this point, outside of small business but I think that's a big area to consider a niche .

Thanks for all of the help you folks have already been I look forward to becoming more active in the community.

Stacey

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Tess - I am finding it much more gratifying. I'm wishing I had a few more clients, but for my first month in business I should probably be happy I have a client!
