Hello all!

I am (sort of) new to VA. I have worked in administrative positions for one of the Big 3 for over 8 years now. I kept saying that I wanted to start my own business, but I could never really bring my thoughts to reality. Well, with the horrible shape of the automotive industry, I have decided to just go ahead and start. No more just thinking about it!

I have had my business name for probably 5 years and I purchased my URL over two years ago. I just need to actually do something with them!

I will be spending a lot of time on the forum and I hope I don't become a pain with all of the questions I am sure I will have!

I know I have a lot of reading to do!

My business name is The Prentiss Group. I used to live on Prentis street and I added the group because I always read that when you have a small business; you do not necessarily want everyone to know that you are a business of one - thus the Group.

Choosing a business name and URL are sometimes one of the harder decisions a new business owner has to make as well, so to you.
