Default Hi from Surrey, UK
Hi,

I'm Anneke and i'm running my VA business called e-Mox
My surname is Moxon and Mox has been a nickname.
My partner calls me A-Mox and my baby girl E-Mox so I decided to name the business after her!

I have my initial website up and running but i'm going to relaunch later this month.

This site seems to have a wealth of advice and information so i'm really glad I found it.

Hi Anneke!

I'm from Surrey too, but it's Surrey, BC Canada - named after your Surrey!

Welcome aboard, there's a wealth of information here and the support is fantastic!

Hi Anneke and to the Forum. I previously lived in the South of England before relocating to France 11 years ago so know Surrey area very well. This forum has been incredibly useful and inspirational to me since I started my VA business and I'm sure it will be for you as well. I wish you every success in your new venture and look forward to sharing more posts with you. Jane

Hi everyone
Thanks for the responses.
I'm really excited about starting out but really nervous about securing my first client, I don't know how I'm going to do it yet!

Hi Anneke,

I am in Surrey too. I tried to set up my own business in 2004, but I think the concept was too new in the UK and not that much support or information locally. I must say thank you to all the ladies in the US and Australia that helped me out during that time and kept me going for about a year and a half. I am realy drawn to trying it out again as I learnt so much during that time and found it very fulfilling. Lovely name and good luck with your venture. Scream if you want to bounce ideas.

Regards,
