Default Hi from Colorado
Hi All,

I'm Ginny from Colorado. I'm a stay at home mom in need of some income to supplement my husband's. Our 4th baby was a wonderful surprise and was born in August. Originally the plan was for me to go back to work in August, since my 5 year old was starting full time kindergarten, but with a baby due 2 days before the start of school, it just wasn't in the cards...and plans changed.

Since I have over 12 years experience in purchasing and planning for small to large companies, my husband has been encouraging me for 2 years to offer procurement services for small to medium companies. I wasn't really sure how to do it, but found this website and have been getting all sorts of great info and ideas. So, my plan is to offer procurement and administrative services.

My first customer will be my brother's company starting in January. I'm really excited to start working again and this is the perfect work for me to do right now. I'm hoping to work around 20 hours each week. With a newborn and three other kiddos, I don't think I could handle much more of a workload.

Anyway, thanks for allowing me this lengthy intro! I can't wait to "meet" you all.

Ginny

Hello Ginny! Welcome! I am new here also but it is so informative and such a great support system. I love it!

Good luck in your business start-up and congrats on already getting to start working with a client. Family may be the best way to start, they already have faith in you yet it also allows you to kind of "figure" out what works and doesn't fo your business.
