My name is Esperanza and i'm so pleased to be part of this community. I am 36 years old, a mother of three and have worked in the VA field for the past 7 years. It is nice to see a site for those of us who work inside the home and don't have the typical co-workers that others have. It makes your job that much more ejoyable when you have a solid base of others who know exactly what your dealing with and can relate. My name is Teresa and I am very new at this. I am still learning how to use the forums/threads. With my hours recently being cut at work I had to think of something quick to supplement my loss of income. Since I have allot customer service experience along with office skills and computer skills I thought that this might be an option for me and It gives me a chance to be home with my children in the afternoons. No one said this was going to be easy but I am glad I have found a place where I can get the help if I need it.
