I've been on this for months figuring out so many things! It truly is a wealth of information and I appreciate it. Thought it was about time I signed up and joined in on all the activity.
For the past 5 years I have been a frustrated freelance bookkeeper in Denver, CO. I want to use all my administrative and business skills, not just one! This past January I got the travel bug again and decided that I needed to do something different since I can't retire. Virtual assistance was the easy answer to both situations, but how? So glad I found this site and others for support.

Great to meet you Jenni! I just joined the forum about a week ago and am so glad I stumbled upon this place! I currently hold a position as a bookkeeper with a CPA firm and love what I do - bookkeeping is definitely going to be my niche. But like you, I also have other administrative and business skills that I also want to put to work and offer to clients.
I made a milestone today by finally choosing the name for my business and buying my .com - woo...that was a toughie, lol

Thank you Tess. I have spoke personally with Lily a few months back and she was very encouraging and very supportive of the forum. And you are right about too much information! Sometimes I get overloaded and that stalls me.
