Hi Chris, welcome to the forums Sarah has a good point - there aren't really any VA 'jobs' (unless you go through an agency, I suppose - which defeats the purpose of being an independent) - but that's what's great about being a virtual assistant: it's you, building a practice as an entrepreneur and marketing to locate and contract with clients. I'm a Percussion Performance major with a minor in Computer Music. I plan to teach high school percussion (drumlines and such) after I graduate. (so a VA job would be perfect because I've chosen a career that I love, but won't get payed much )
