Hello, my name is Mariella and I'm doing some research to see if the VA world is for me. It's something I have been thinking about for awhile but I've never done any real research.

Right now, I'm a stay at home mom to my gorgeous little girl who just turned one yesterday! Before I made the decision to stay home I worked in Human Resources for a bank and most recently for a retail store. My husband is in the military so we've moved around quite a bit which means I've worked for lots of different companies!

I hope to get some good tips and advice from all you VAs out there and hopefully soon I can get my own business started!

Welcome to the forums. You've found a great place here. There's lot of info, so just check out the threads. Since you're military and move around, being a VA could work for you. It's one of the fields/businesses that is easily mobile, since it's virtual.

BTW, I live the in the Los Angeles area. Where are you in CA?
