Default Hello from North Carolina!
Hello,
My name is Jody and I am new to the board. Don't get me wrong now, I have been a lurker for a while but feel I am at a point now to jump in and get my feet wet so to speak. I am the owner of Triad Office Innovations in Kernersville, NC and although my business is new I have been doing freelance administrative work for a couple of years now not to include my years of in-office experience.

I am scared and excited all at the same time! I have a feeling in my gut this is the right thing for me to do at this time. I am one semester away from graduating with my AAS in Business Management so with some education under my belt I am so ready to start my career.

Thanks for being so welcoming and everyone have a great week!

Hi and welcome Jody
Congratulations on being so close to finishing your AAS - that's great!

We're glad you decided to jump right into the community. Don't be shy about posting your own questions and comments to the boards - we can all relate to what you're feeling. Scared and excited must be the two most common emotions for startup entrepreneurs.
You're in good company!

Welcome to VAF. Scared and nervous is something I know all too well. You will find a lot of motivation on this forum. Good luck.
