My name is Denise and I have just recently started my VA business. At first, I was really scared to take the plunge but I am fully prepared to quit my job (eventually) and be my own boss! I love working with people and I enjoy helping out and making people's lives easier. I love my family very much which is the main reason I am endeavoring to do this business. I would like to make some good money while allowing more time for activities like attending my kids' plays, field trips, etc. This site is awesome and I am so happy to be a part of it!

I think you'll find that the reasons you want to establish yourself as a VA are really common among your fellow members here at VAF. There are plenty of motivating factors for the thousands of entrepreneurs who set out to establish themselves as a virtual assistant but the one I hear most often is - FAMILY
