Hello, My name is Mark Greenlaw I recently decided to start up my own company specializing in Social Media Virtual Assitant using the methods I have learned in the 15 years of studying the web and niches I started the company with my wife and business partner both of them are silent partners, I can tell you creating packages for cost seems to be the hrdest thing for us right now lol I am hoping once we are able to master this we can release our site , But it seems our friends and family are having a hard time understanding what we are offering. Is there a better way to word things on the first page to explain it to the average joe?

Welcome to VAF and the world of virtual assistance. I'm a transplanted Mainer, living in NC now, but when I first started my business I was living in Maine. I think your best bet might be to give examples of what you do, rather than give a definition of virtual assistance. You may also want to stress the items that set you apart from an employee. Congratulations on the new business. We are in a unique industry and yes, it can be difficult explaining what we do. Developing and fine-tuning my elevator speech has helped.
