Hi Tracy - Good morning, and thank you very much for the warm welcome. I'm just down the road in Wakefield, so yes it would be lovely to swap ideas with you. Have you subscribed to any of the VA training courses? I'm currently working on one which is absolutely brilliant, but it does make you stop and think about how much you need to prepare and put in place! Loving it though, and can't wait to launch. Good morning Ben - I'll have a look at your Facebook later on this evening, albeit I'm only on for friends and family at the moment, as I've not launched my business; and equally I'm not yet a "Twit" myself! Thinking about that one also. I guess they are 'musts' these days.

I lived in Cheshire (Frodsham) some years ago so I know it to be a lovely area! I often used to visit Chester and Northwich, both for work and pleasure, so I have many happy memories. It is small world getting smaller, don't you think?

Definately a small world! I actually have an onsite engagement with a client in Preston Brook at the moment (Just next door to Helsby/Frodsham!).

As for facebook/twitter, I've set that but even before my webpage is complete. I dont think its a sales platform as such, but great for networking and promoting your brand. Good luck with the launch - let me know how you get on!!
