Hello everyone, another new comer!
Hello my name is Sarah Frech and I have just started my real estate virtual assistant business about 4 weeks ago. I have worked in the real estate business as a licensed assistant for a prominent real estate team with Keller Williams Realty for the last 6 years. The team I worked for got into the REO business before the turn of the market so we were able to survive with that work. I have to say the real estate business has change from the past. Agents get paid half the commission and have 100x the work. Anyway, at the end of November I figured if I am going to be working nights and weekends I should be doing it for myself. So I asked a few agents if they had anything they would like me to help them with and they jumped at it. So here I am.
My emotions about all this very from moment to moment it seems. Some moments I am excited in the potential this has, confident in my skill, and ready to get out there and get more business. Other days I am scared I am not ready enough, timid about putting myself out there, and worried about being rejected.
This forum has been a great wealth of information. So much so that it has become a little overwhelming and the confidence I had starting off my business has stepped back a bit. I started my new Twitter account for the company and have started following a few of you. Wow! The information! Are there enough hours in the day to read it all and add a few billable hours in there?!
Well I look forward to getting to know some or all of you. I will be asking questions for sure. You may have already answered them before. So just point me in the right direction.
Thank you in advanced for all your help!

Re: Hello everyone, another new comer!
I've been supporting the same 2 clients for the past ten years and they have kept me as busy as I wanted to be. They are both getting ready to retire in the next few months so there is little work left for me to do other than their personal tasks. Therefore, it is time for me now to find new clients. I'm in the process of starting with one this week and I have a call tomorrow with another potential one.
Anyway, I feel the same...excited but nervous at the same time. I feel confident yet hope I can perform to their expectations. I felt so comfortable with my current clients and knew what I had to do and just got it done. Now it's all new...but very exciting! I'm excited that we have this forum and I wish us all the best of luck!!!
