Thank you everyone for such a warm response. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to mention my company name yet but it is Virtually There Office Assistance. The place where I am getting must stuck is with some silly things, such as phone. I need to get a phone service - maybe one of those online services that will allow me to have a phone number and voicemail, etc. to handle the calls that I cannot during the day (since I still work a day job). Also, having trouble tweaking my website - it was put together by someone else and I am not really happy with it but need to work on it on my own due to shortness of money right now. There are other things but like I said before, I am find a wealth of information here that is helping to address some of those questions.

Again, thank you for the very warm response and I feel like I found home!

Corrine, check out this thread about a Virtual Phone Service (RingCentral)...it has a great tip that can lead to a 30 day Free trial! It's also a great service, I use it along with other's from this site...check it out!

Welcome Corrine... there are a lot of resources here and I'm just beginning myself. As far as phone service goes, I think I may opt to just use a cellular service for all my calls, and use myfax.com for the fax side. Right now I'm just using the home phone. I don't have a client yet.
