I will post my E-Discovery 101 class there when complete so everyone will know what that is and the process of e-Discovery. Definition: E-Discovery is The collection, preparation, review and production of electronic documents in litigation discovery. This includes e-mail, attachments, and other data stored on computers, networks, backup or other storage media. E-Discovery includes metadata.
