Good Afternoon,

My name is Celia Delgado. I am a home based working mother, who started Biztant, LLC after the birth of her first daughter. For more than 15 years, I have provided human resources management consulting and administration services to private and public sector clients. My expertise includes: administration, strategic formulation, business planning, and organization development.

Prior to establishing Biztant, LLC, I worked in Administration and Human Resources Services for Law Firms in the DC area. I also worked as Operations Manager for several small businesses in the DC/VA/MD area.

I hold a M. A. degree in Human Resources Management and an Organization Development Master’s certificate from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. I am also certified in Human Resources Management principles. I a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, American Society for Training and Development, IVAA and is in the process to get my WMBE.

I am interested in this forum to seek advice and see new policies and procedures for our industry.
