Hey everyone, My name is Amanda, and I've recently started my own business. I've been quietly reading through all the awesome content on this forum, and realized I should start being more proactive on it. I'm not new to customer service, data entry, etc., but working for myself as a VA is very new to me! So I'm still learning the ropes, and learning what all I need to take care of, but I'm looking forward to the ride.

Yes, setting the rates was the scariest part. I went through the deal (don't remember what page I found it on, I've visited sooo many pages on here recently!) that helps you figure out how much you should charge, and then I let someone (who probably doesn't understand that we pay our own payroll taxes) almost bully me into changing them.
