Beacon is about 90 minutes from Manhattan. It's easily accessible via the Metro North.

I joined this group sometime ago; and forgot about it, so sorry. I have been working as a VA since 2005, but I open up my business in 2003 as a typing firm. I am constantly adding services to my business, because my client who as me to. One of my biggest addition which happen 3 years ago was Business Investigation and Research, which now have lead to doing Due Diligences Profile report on businesses. I am located in the borough of Brooklyn, Fort Greene section. Have live here over 30 years. I am not a newbie to the "Greene". So happy that Tess told us about this forum. I'm a Jamaica,Queens girl. I live overseas ( Greece) and THANK GOD ,I just started my first subcontracting VA ,for a wonderful VA that's based in NY. I love NY and NEW YORKERS , Yes, I miss it very much but I will be there in the summer. Maybe we should organize a meet up.

Just a bit of an update, I'm in New York right now. Are there any meetings happening among other VAs ? If not maybe we can start one.
