Just saw that there was a MN VA group here.
I posted on the main forum about meeting once a month. Anyone here interested?

I'm so glad Tess told me about the MN group. I think a few of you were part of the Midwest VA's group--yippee. At that time I was known as Executive Virtual Assistant but my VA business has grown into EVA & Associates. Some VA's from the area are meeting October 23rd in Otsego, MN if anyone is interested...just shoot me an email if you'd like more info.

Hi everyone,
My name is Rhonda Lofland & I started my business about the same time Erika did. I had one client & she ended up being sort of strange so I ended the relationship. Right now I'm taking a class "Planning to Succeed" at Women Venture in St. Paul. I'm learning so much. It's more basics about starting a business & not really about being a VA. Right now I'm looking for some ideas on putting together a marketing flyer/brochure. I was hoping to find some sort of template on here but so far, nope. Anyone have any suggestions? Are the meetings that have been discussed online or somewhere around town. I'm in Bloomington, so I'm guess that might hard if you aren't in the Twin Cities. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

welcome new people! I'm sorry I have been so absent from the board! Getting son off to high school and busy with life and work . . . which is a good thing! Where in MN are you located? I am in Shoreview - North of St. Paul.

I am always amazed at the information I find on the boards when I need something. Today I am looking for additional CRM or file sharing options for a clients (free or cheap) and got a lot of great information. Do any of you use MS Office Live for small business, bluebatch.com or shareo? I am used to the bigger (expensive) options, but these look great as well.

Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated!
