Hello everyone. I am just in the process of revising my client Booking Form/Terms of Agreement as I've been advised that it is too basic and does not cover all the essential sections it should. I just wondered if any of you would be good enough to help and advise me on what content you have in yours - e.g. confidentiality, non-disclosure, legal references etc.?
