I just looked at the demo, and some of the tools look a lot like Microsoft Office Live, which is what I am currently using to design my site. However, it looks as though Artisteer has a lot more options.

I will be interested to hear if anyone else knows about it.

I downloaded it and looked at it briefly. Looks good. It looks like microsoft word in my opinion.

Hope someone else has used it or has reviews on it.

That product will help you to make a static template, which you can get for FREE at sites like free-css dot com. If you are looking to build a website that works, automatically then you need a Web Design Automation product and there is only one that I know of. Its called SoNET v3.0 from iRadek Software. It lets you take any html/css template and use it or select from the ones it comes with but the neat thing is that it instantly makes a website with all the features you need even video chat.
