Glad to read everyone posts and opinions they are great!!

One thing about Wordpress is that you do not have to blog to have a blog site. The benefits that you can create pages and a website from wordpress is fabulous. It brings down the pricing for those who can not afford to pay for a html, java or flash website. I tell all my clients that they do not need to blog to have a blog site. There have been many that have stated that having a wordpress site gave them more traffic.

It is obvious that wordpress is not suitable for everyone such as a corporate company however for internet marketers, coaches, speakers, authors, virtual assistants etc it is great. I deal with many internet marketers, coaches, speakers, authors, consultants and they all want Wordpress. It seems to be the wave of the future. Does not mean that it is hear to stay however it is the wave of the future.

Last but not least I highly suggest having the template customized or created from scratch so the site is unique. I DO NOT recommend the free templates and I suggest going for reputable paid ones that you know are updated and kept up to date with a great support forum.
