Hi Laurie,
What kind of newsletter are you talking about? For an e-newsletter I use Aweber, which is an autoresponder. If you are talking about a traditional print newsletter then I use Microsoft Publisher.

Hope this helps,
Kim

It would be e-mail. I've been asked if I would do a monthly newsletter sent out by e-mail for some Direct Sales Consultants.
I'm trying to figure out how to do it as a template. Basically it's showing all the monthly specials etc.. And each consultant has highlights top sales, top recuriters etc...

I use constant contact.. It has some irritating bugs in it, but for the most part is great and pretty affordable. I haven't investigated Aweber just yet.

Try Vertical Response. You pay per email address rather than a flat rate a month. For example, if you were sending out 1,000 newsletters, it would cost something like $15.00. If you send out less, it's considerably less expensive. For those who only send out one newsletter a month or even quarterly, it's a deal.

I like Constant Contact too. it is charged based on your contact base rather than how many emails you send so you can send as many as you like. also it can be used for other things besides just newsletters. Affordable and has lots of cool templates.

I use MailChimp since I only send out my newsletters 4x a year and my mailing list is still relatively small. I use the credit option, rather than the monthly fee. I love the templates they offer and it is relatively easy to work with.

If I had to go with the monthly option for any reason, I would go with Constant Contact. A lot business colleagues and a couple of clients of mine use it and have been very happy with it.
