Default Need some advice
Hi Everyone,

My website is near completion and just needs a few things added to it before it is ready.

On my website I would like to do two things build a subscription list and send automatic newsletters etc and the other is the same but a paid for ezine. So someone would pay for a publication etc, payment would be excepted ie paypay the publication would then be sent automaticly.
Have I explained that right?? hope so.

Would the publication etc be kept on the server/hosting and then supplied from there?

Sorry for all the questions.

Michelle

Hi Michelle,

For your subscription list, you may use some email tools providers such as aweber. They propose you to install some coding into your website. When customers go to your website, a window will appear with your predefined text and they will be able to leave their contact details.
You then create your clients list.

After that, you may create either automatic letter or email campaign to your customers list into your aweber account. I am no aweber rep but I know this is one of the most known in the industry.

What do you mean by paid for ezine?
A bientot,

Serge

Hi Michelle,
I've used Vertical Response and Constant Contact for clients who wish to send out newsletters - however, the 'paid subscription' part is something you'd need to either set up using PayPal Merchant Services or some other ecommerce option, especially if you want it all automated - I'm not sure if there's an 'easy' way to do that, but if you know a bit of HTML you should be able to work it out.
