Default Four Effective Ways to Get Free Traffic - Redhead VA's Biz Bits
Something I’m asked about often is, “How can I get more traffic to my website or blog?” So I thought it made sense to share some tips on ways to bring traffic to your site without spending a dime to advertise.

The #1 Secret to Free Traffic: Consistency

Many beginner marketers want to build a successful business overnight. It just doesn’t happen that way.

The most important thing to getting a ton of free traffic is consistency. You won’t get a ton of readers by publishing one good article. You won’t’ get a ton of watchers by releasing just one video. You won’t rank highly in search engines overnight....Click here to read the rest of this post at Redhead VA's Biz Bits.

Thanks for your post. I am actually working on all of those things right now. I was considering starting a blog, but I really like the idea of article publishing.

PS – From one redhead to another, I love your company name!

You could try both - if not a business blog then start a personal one.

I now run three blogs... one of which is personal rather than business-related. I find that by writing posts frequently it helps hone my writing skills (which have been rather redundant for a few years!).

Thanks for the advice. I shall have a look at Digg and StumbleUpon as I haven't heard of those. Tracey

Yes, I agree you could try both or one or the other but start of slowly in my opinion maybe start a personal blog to see how it works for you and then expand into a business blog. I too have several blogs that I write on...my own personal one, a foodie one my husband and I work on, my business one.
