Great post Renee! I also wanted to add that 'clean URLs' are a big boost to
SEO, especially if you work to optimize them further with good keywords.
So, instead of 'www.example.com/our-services' you'd go with 'www.example.com/virtual-assistant-services' or whatever keywords you're trying to rank for. Not only do your human users get a clearer picture of what the URL means, so will the SEs.
