Hey all -

I have a client who's web design person just disappeared. Not being a total wiz on webstuff I'm not sure how to even ask my question. She doesn't know or remember how he did her site. She doesn't know if she has files, who her hosting is, nothing. Pretty un-tech savvy. She has a blog on her site as well, but doesn't know if it's through her web hosting company or if it's tied to Wordpress or what. Basically, we are both at a loss on this one.

Anyone have any suggestions where to start?
