Default 1shoppingcart...?
I see that a lot of people use or recommend 1shoppingcart. It does offer a lot of features, but... Why is this, when there are other shopping carts out there that are less expensive or free?

Just wondering.

Jules, I would suggest listening to one of Christina Hill's free seminars. I don't use any shopping carts yet but everyone seems to think 1SC is the best.

You can check her out at:

http://www.shoppingcartqueen.com/. You can also pick up her 7-part free video on her shopping cart system. HTH

Thanks, JoCarole! I'll going to check this out, too. I am just now learning how to accept payment via credit card or on line...not quite sure how to do all this but I'm going to figure it out somehow. :-)

Thanks, Rebecca. Since I have a business Paypal account (I also have an account with authorize.net/Wells Fargo, but that can get more expensive than Paypal), that's what I am using for now to except payments - except for my business checks and forms; those will need a shopping cart, so Paypal it will be when I get that set up.

Christina Hill's seminars are really informative, so if I get a client that uses 1S, I'll won't be jumping in too blindly. I guess that was my biggest concern, and it being kind of expensive, well, right now I couldn't afford to just have it to learn the software.
