Hello everyone,

I have tried many types of promotions for my business, flyers, yellow pages, word of mouth, leaving my business card in businesses etc. It has worked, I have acquired clients from different type of business settings, from attorneys to Vet Doctors.

I was wondering, what have you done, to acquire more clients? How do you promote your business? What type of promotion gives you more results?:huh2:

I run no promotions other than social networking and blogging to find clients.

It sounds as if your promotions are for local clients. Is this so? Many VAs promote locally through their Chamber of Commerce. I also suggest offering to volunteer at a local church, school or synagogue. This offers the opportunity to fine-tune skills, obtain more testimonials, create a local network and 'give back' to a community. It also makes for good blogging material (more promotion) and possibly a press release (more promotion).

That sounds great!, I didn't think of that. Yes, I do advertise locally, most of my clients are from the area. I'm not sure if it is a disadvantage but I still don't have clients from out of state.

I think I'll stop by this Sunday by my church's office Thanks for the advise.
