I have used vistaprint for many projects. I have yet to have an issue with them. The only thing I would say, if anything, is the shipping costs. Other than that, which unless they offer fee shipping, they have been great. As a matter of fact, I am waiting for my new order any day now.

I am also a HUGE fan of Moo.com. They are a bit pricier but the service and quality you get beats everyone else.

I use both Vista Print and Moo. I like Moo for fun and the fact that I can get several different designs on the same order. I like Vista Print because they have provided me with inexpensive, good quality product. However, since they have ramped up their advertising in my area, their prices are have gone up, they charge for everything--areas where they never charged before, they now charge. Shipping is almost outrageous. But then I think that many companies who ship products use shipping and handling as, dare I say, a way to gouge customers.
So, I am going to do as Lee suggests and look for a local printer.

I had my business cards done from Vistaprint and was not impressed, although do understand that you get what you pay for. When I finally run out of my current stock I'll probably try Moo or another vendor. Vistaprint are cheap but not great quality, in my opinion.

I've had good results with VistaPrint. I usually order when they have great deals going on, ie, extras or shipping for free. The one thing I don't like is that they delete a card design if you don't order it. Sometimes I take my time designing the card, especially if I'm not time-crunched to order, and it gets deleted before I'm ready to order it. Once you order, the design stays in your account, but if you design it and don't order that design within a certain time frame, they delete it and you have to redo it. I'm going to look into Moo as another option, I hear they have a lot of really cool-looking stuff.

I've used Vistaprint for both cards and flyers and I do think that you get what you pay for. They were of a suitable enough quality for when I was just starting out however, now that I am attending a lot of networking groups, it is very noticeable that other business people can tell the Vistaprint cards from a mile away and just don't take you as seriously. That's my experience from networking in the UK which may be different from the US.

Having said that I have found a few local printers who have printed some of my business stationery for me and the quality is great and they are not that much more expensive than Vistaprint once you have added on all of their extras.

Thanks for the tip about Moo though - I'll have a look at their site.

Completely agree, and it's why I only ever buy products from Moo now. Their quality is heaps better than Vistaprint and they're still good value for money.

I have used Vista print for a couple of different things, and I do agree the prices are much higher for the quality you get than they used to be. I have found a couple of local printers that I use. They are a little more expensive but I don't pay the shipping charges because I can go pick up what I need or it is not as expensive because it is local delivery. I am going to check out moo.com but I always like to refer local businesses to my customers, and I like to know they will do a good job. I always use them first before I refer but you get a better quality, and the customer service you get locally is just much better as well.
