Default Virtual Assistant staffing
Hello,
I was thinking what the pros and cons of using a staffing agency would be. What would be your ideal agency? What would they provide other than the obvious paying clients. I'm really interested in this area. Would it be to much to ask for personal service i.e. the staffing agency working one on one with the client and VA? Just wondering what the ideal staffing agency would incorporate? Any ideas?
