Sales Agents/Account Executives?
I am going out on a limb here, because I don't recall ever seeing this but: has anyone used a sales agent or account executive to help drum up business? Granted, this might work better with multi-va practices than a solo practitioner but I was just wondering if anyone used outside help for their "sales department." I had someone interested in my skill set but she also wanted someone who had a background in sales, and I do not. But it made me think outside of the box, if you will.
I imagine depending on your hourly or retainer rate you have to consider how much you'd be willing to offer that makes it a win-win for both of you. But I think it could work.
I would love to hear people thoughts on this!
