Sue, when I try to upload my profile pic, I get a window with my picture and a "sizing" thing to I guess pick what section of my photo I want as the profile, which I did. But then you can only "x" out of the box (close it). Nothing saying it can't upload it because of the size; nothing to click on to accept it. Have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Pam,

Yes, I did send the invite lol Good idea to double check though. Yes the box was to move it to the area of your photo you would like to use and click save. It should show up after that, if not I would contact referral key for help.

**Also on referralkey.com ...when you first sign up please make sure that when you put your profession type that it is exactly what you want before saving because it can not be changed after you click done.

I chose another photo I didn't like just to see if maybe the photo was the problem (I was not getting the option to save it.) On the second photo I was given the option to save or cancel, so I guess the photo I want to use won't work on there for some reason. (It's the same one I'm using here on my posts.)

Hmm that is weird, I am still new to that site and figuring it all out as I go along. I am glad you did get a photo to work ...maybe try and crop the pic you want and re-save it to a folder and attempt to use it again? that way the pic would be "smaller" ? worth a shot :0)

I started to sign up with Referral Key and remembered you mentioned taking special care in selecting a profession because once selected it cannot be changed. Does the choice of profession go to the type of industry one is looking to work with or the type of service one offers? I'm curious as to what you (or Pam) chose as a profession for your profile. I was thinking of selecting other and then filling in the blank. I think I will hold off signing up until I get a response. Thanks.
