I have 1 client at the moment and she is happy to do a testimonial for me to put on my website. She has offered to do either a written one or even an audio or video testimonial. I'm just wondering what others thoughts are on putting a video testimonial on my site? Thank you....

My personal favorite is written because it can be put in your presentation folers and power points by scanning it in. JMO

I would ask your client to do both. You can include the written testimonial in your media packages etc... and you can have it posted on your site for those viewers who don't have time to watch a video!
