I wanted to share with you my free download Preparing for Influenza A (H1N1). It is a small booklet that gives you basic information on what you need to know and gives you a checklist of things the CDC and U.S. DHHS recommend you have on hand.

H1N1 (swine flu) does not appear to be the terrifying illness originally thought, but it has reminded us that we need to be prepared.
