I did a search for this topic here just now and noticed that many of them were over a year old. Althought they are still VERY RELEVANT, I'd to spark new discussions on this and see if there are any new ones. Also, I'd love your feed back on which ones you like/dislike, what features I should be looking for, things to look out for, etc.

I've listed my business on Yahoo Business Listings, but no hits yet. I've tried Elance before, but don't prefer it. With Elance is seems like we're competing with companies based in other countries who will bid for jobs at less than $7.00 per hour. Recently, though, I've heard that there are some businesses that are frequenting Elance that believe in the idea of "you get what you pay for" and are looking for quality instead of a cheap price.
