Hey all!

I just heard about a service called BlitzTime that provides networking events that you can attend via your phone. You can attend 2 events for free, but after that you have to pay (although, unfortunately, there are no rates listed on the website). I'm thinking about checking it out...but would love to hear thoughts from others who might have used this service. Anyone?

I tried the free offer of Blitz Time and attended one session which consisted of a teleseminar on a chosen topic and then the blitz networking (like speed dating).

The experience was interesting and I could see if one was to use the service could provide valuable networking if you are paired with individuals within your niche.

I don't think that at this point in my business development that I would spend the money on membership. I am currently using Social Media, Client Referrals and Business Contacts to build my business.

Blitztime is an interesting new idea that allows you to network from anywhere since it is all done over the phone. The trial call I tried did result in a professional connection that we followed up on outside of Blitztime. It definitely has potential to be another way to connect with new people but you have no control over the type of business you will be connecting with.

It's nice to hear that others have gotten results - like I said before, I don't know what the monthly rate is, but I'm sure even one new client would more than cover the fee.
