I have submitted all my information and profiles to oDesk and Elance, but both of them charge commissions and processing fees(Elance is 6.75% to 8.75%!!!!!). It has gotten very frustrating. I am definitely going look around on this site and do some comparisons. Let me know if you have any success if you sign up. Deanna

They don't tell you until you start the sign up process..I am trying to decide if it is worth it or not. I hate paying to get jobs, but their fee isn't any worse than what you pay paypal to receive payments. I am going to think about it and see if anyone else has any comments! As per their FAQ, they charge a monthly fee depending the the type of membership you want to purchase ranging from $4.69 to $9.00. This might be helpful to someone starting and and looking for work or bridging a gap in between clients but I would love to hear some feedback first before paying the initial monthly fee. __________________ _________________ Tracey
