Default Flyer
Having a nightmare day.

Trying to get a flyer ready for tomorrow's CoC meeting and the Office Depot web site was down so I couldn't upload my file.

Went to the store to get it done and first their folding maching broke then the rollers started messing up the paper.

I ended up spending $100 of tri-fold paper and extra ink and am now sat doing them myself at home.

What's that old phrase about 'If you're going to get something done right...'
...you have to do it yourself!

The irony, when you try to outsource and it doesn't work out... but hey, at least you're able to get them done. It'll be a late night, but you'll be prepared tomorrow

Hang in there!

Typical [successful] entrepreneur....

('successful' being the qualifier there... the fact that you're sitting taking care of what needs to be done at quite a late hour is what sets success apart from failure.)

Where on earth are you though that a single Office Depot is the only printing option?

I can only imagine that something really wonderful will happen for you tomorrow! All of your efforts will be worth it, you'll see!

And your flyer incident may make a good future blog post or even a good 'ice breaking' conversation with someone at the meeting.

Good Luck and let us know how you do.

Oh, and in a pinch, I have gone to the library and paid for printing there and negotiated the cost. So perhaps that
and Kinkos (if you have one nearby) might be another option.

We are in Daphne, Alabama. By the time I'd finished by "day job" it was past 6pm and my options were limited. By the time Office Depot had broken every maching in the place it was after 7 and I decided food and a brief rest was needed and that I should have done it all myself to start with...!

Still, they are done now, my cards are ready to go, trousers clean, shirt pressed, cufflinks exactly where I know they are.

Time to go lie down, go over the speech one last time then catch some sleep before the alarm goes off at 5.30am

Good night all, and thanks for all the feedback and support; it is appreciated.
